TASTES LIKE PORK USED TO YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS A BOY.
THE PORK LOIN STEAKS WE BOUGHT ,WITH NO DETRIMENT TO THEM, HAD ABOUT 15 % FAT . CONSEQUENTLY THEY COOKED WELL AND REMAINED MOIST AND TENDER. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE DELICIOUS LOIN STEAKS AND STEAKS PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT IN SUPERMARKETS WAS MANIFEST. LITERALLY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHEWING REAL MEAT AND CHEWING CARDBOARD!
